If a product has been damaged, or delivered wrongly, we will arrange a collection and a replcacement order for you. Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange for a credit to be arranged for the original order, where necessary.
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed through the BestFed website. The turnover time for our delivery is very short and we therefore cannot stop any orders.
You can return the order to us, or redirect to another address. We are unable to process refunds once an order has been made.
